I found Tripoetic by chance while browsing the web. I am so glad I decided to book my Australia trip with them. Gunjan took care of my every suggestion, complaint and opinion in very effective time. He worked flexibly and with understanding. I absolutely enjoyed and felt assured doing the whole trip with them. They were so mindful of the costs and everything and that is very impressive because today no one takes so much care. Tripoetic, you guys rock!! For me it’s always been a major turnoff to go on a honeymoon in big group. I mean it’s a great waste of privacy which is the most important thing on a honeymoon. So, one thing we decided even before our wedding venue is we will go by ourselves. But with so many things too close to wedding, there is literally very less time to do analysis on locations, lodging and routes. One day I was going through my Facebook page and I saw Tripoetic ad. I thought to give it a try and this is how we got in touch with Mr. Gunjan. The only thing I did after is to tell we want to go to Europe and for around 20 days. Silk smooth planning/discussion with concierge just a call away, detailed itinerary covering what to do/where to eat/where to click photographs suggestions and complete understanding of our interests, tailored into a customized trip are their unique features. We had an awesome time on our bespoke New Zealand honeymoon that was designed from ground up by Tripoetic. NZ is a beautiful country and we soaked in every bit of its beauty! Tripoetic selected some of the best high-end hotels, especially loved the Silver Fern Hotel in Rotorua. The experiences were all booked with the most reputed tour companies; the highlights were the trip to Cape Reinga in Bay of Islands and the Milford Sound Cruise. And above all driving by those lakes and mountains was pure bliss. The transparency and the attention to detail that Pranjali and her folks bring to the whole process of vacation planning is pretty unparalleled. We look forward to planning our next holiday with them.
Our experience with team Tripoetic has been great for our Europe trip. The best thing about them is, they don’t give a fixed package with a list of places like others in the business, but they plan your own customized vacation with the places of your choice. Of course, they do give great suggestions if you need. They are not done once they plan, book the tickets etc., but the team was checking up on us throughout the trip for assistance if required. Positano’s upscale hotel with the Amalfi coast view was the best and of course who would not love Ravello? We absolutely loved Zermatt and plan to visit again. I read about Tripoetic on Quora and Business Insider when I was looking for a personalised travel agency that could plan a trip to Vienna, Prague, Bratislava & Budapest for me and my parents. Till then, we had been completely disappointed by the private tours that were being offered by Thomas Cook and Cox & Kings. I emailed them and got a reply within half a day and was mighty impressed! After certain correspondence via email where Gunjan sent us an outline of the itinerary, we met him one-on-one to discuss all nitty-gritties about the trip and finalise the details. Regarding the payment, Tripoetic works on a simple format where a %age of the total amount is charged by them as their fees. Post this payment, all the bookings for tours, transfers & hotels are done by them. Before the trip, all the travel documents were sent to us and are also loaded in an app that they give you that acts as your concierge throughout the trip. Apart from that, we were in touch with Gunjan throughout the trip. Tripoetic’s planning is so seamless, that your whole itinerary works magically like clockwork. All our transfers, tours, hotels, trains, flights etc had been perfect and not once did we experience any glitch. We were able to explore the four cities at our own pace, exactly the way we wanted to, without worrying about the hassles of planning and logistics. The walking city tours, the day trips, the hotels, were all top class and really enriched our experience! My birthday was on the day when we were in Prague and the team not only sent me the most beautiful flowers ever, they had even informed the tour company and hotel so that they also made the day really memorable in an all-encompassing sense of the word. All I can say is that Tripoetic is the best bet for people who want to travel at their own pace and according to their own wishes, instead of going for the typical ‘checklist-type’ tourism. We were able to soak in the essence of the places we visited and stayed at, not hopping from one touristy point to another. It’s tourism with a difference. It’s travelling with character. My husband and I were planning our honeymoon way before we even started planning our wedding. We found out about Tripoetic through a friend and we immediately got in touch with them. Gunjan planned it to the “T” and didn’t let anything go unplanned. As soon as we got to Cape Town, South Africa, we were welcomed with treats, wine, champagne and flowers arranged by Tripoetic in our room. From there on, till our last hotel in Seychelles, the team left no stone unturned to pamper us. Apart from the exclusive private tours, the app provided by them, helped us schedule every single day. Gunjan, Pranjali and their team are great at customizing a vacation depending on your interests, likes and dislikes. They are extremely thorough with their research and are very responsive and prompt. My children loved the kayaking experience at Halong Bay in Vietnam & as a family we enjoyed the motor-bike tour of Hanoi. The high-end beachfront hotel in Nha Trang was really good. The experiences recommended by Tripoetic gave us another perspective to all cities we traveled to in Vietnam and this helped us in creating some unforgettable memories.
We are absolutely thankful we came across Tripoetic at the right time, just when my husband and I were planning our trip to Greece in July,2016. We were considering between a (boring) package option by a travel agency or planning everything by ourselves. Also, we had to plan and book quickly because our holiday date was a little more than one month away. We connected with Tripoetic and after a few discussions we had a final trip itinerary ready (which fit all our requirements). Right from the flight timings, to the inter-city ferries/flights to the hotels that were suggested by them, everything was perfect! Let’s say, they gave their 100 percent in planning out a fabulous itinerary and we simply explored and executed it.Not only that, but while on our holiday, on a lazy day, we started late and wanted to twist the itinerary in Istanbul. Iceland!!! It was amazing. Filled with natural beauty, the land of fire and ice is definitely a place to see. Our honeymoon vacation to Iceland was absolutely fantastic. This trip was made possible by guys at Tripoetic. They created the whole road trip routing based on our preferences. The choice of hotels which Tripoetic picked were perfect and exclusive, each hotel had something different to offer (sauna at first, waterfall view at the second). By the end of the third day we had decided that they will be planning our next trip as well! They pretty much took care of everything. It was very convenient for us given that both my wife and I work long hours and we didn’t have the time to plan our trip. Even if we did have the time to plan, we wouldn’t have been able to design such a perfect trip just by ourselves. We came in touch with Tripoetic Travels for our European trip. The vacation was amazing and the team made it hassle-free. The online itinerary explains the entire schedule of the trip at a daily basis. It was really helpful in planning every day comfortably. I visited Bali with my parents in July 2019. It was a 6-day trip to celebrate my parents’ wedding anniversary. Last year, we had visited Central Europe and had loved the entire trip that Tripoetic had designed for us, and hence we approached them again this year. This time again, all their arrangements and the execution of the trip was impeccable! They made sure to book the most luxurious properties with the best service, one of the hotels also had a terrace pool villa with rice paddies view. A group of 6 of us (2 families) engaged Tripoetic for planning a trip to Singapore. Singapore is not a very off-beat destination and one may find it odd to use the services of Tripoetic for helping us with the trip planning. However, given our busy lives and given the fact that almost every travel agent was giving us the standard 5-day itinerary, we decided to engage with them for planning a 11-day itinerary which included a 2-night cruise. We were also particular about not booking a hotel, since we were 2 families and wanted to have some space to relax. The detailed itinerary helped us in our trip as we tried to stick to it. Overall, pretty pleasing and easy to deal with and very transparent in their interactions.
First, I would like to thank Tripoetic for planning an amazing luxury honeymoon trip to New Zealand and Australia. We loved every bit of it. To begin with, I never felt I was dealing with a stranger or some unknown person, it always felt that it was a family member who was doing the herculean task of all the planning, yet in a very professional way. Mr. Gunjan Indrayan, Co-Founder, was very patient and did go extra lengths to make the trip one of its kind. He made sure everything that we wanted was incorporated and at the same time gave valuable suggestions. I never heard him saying a “NO” for anything. He made sure that we were with the best tour operators throughout our trip. The highlight of our trip was the New Year celebration at Sydney Harbour. They were always available on phone even during the trip, making sure everything went smoothly. At last, I am glad, I chose Tripoetic, it couldn’t get any better.
Team Tripoetic planned our trip to Turkey in the month of April, 2019. As it was our first international vacation as a family, we wanted to be sure, we had the most comfortable accommodation, flight timings and itinerary. Me and my wife went on vacation to Italy (Rome, Venice & Amalfi Coast) earlier this month. After the Greece honeymoon last year (which was a fabulous experience), this was our second vacation custom planned by Tripoetic. Their service, as expected, was awesome. They are always patient and supportive of their traveller’s requirements. The comprehensive sightseeing plan given to us made the trip smooth and enjoyable. The Vatican tour, views along Amalfi and boat excursion to Capri were some of the most memorable experiences of the trip. Overall a great Italian Holiday. Thanks Tripoetic! Tripoetic was a very unique and fabulous experience for us. Holiday through travel agency was the easy choice but after hearing feedbacks of the same being hectic and not as per ones’ convenience, we wanted to have a customized trip with all the know-how of the place of visit. This is where we came across Tripoetic, who did a fantastic job of designing the holiday in the best possible way. They gathered the information meticulously and encapsulated the plan in a mobile app, which was very convenient to follow for me and family members. We did a family vacation to Italy in May’19 with Tripoetic and it was fantastic. I was unsure about how this trip would go as till then I had planned all my trips and was taking a big chance on someone who I had picked from internet research as my vacation planner & organiser. We did have some idiosyncratic requirements but Gunjan and his team were able to work these out pretty well. Their recommendations for restaurants, side trips and the guides were spot on. I went to Spain in the month of April and booked through Tripoetic. The whole trip was planned according to my tastes and preferences with inputs by Gunjan. The best thing about the team is the effort and personal touch they put in, to make your trip memorable and awesome. I even took their advice to visit a restaurant and Barcelona FC Stadium and to be honest both were the highlights of the trip. Tripoetic will always be my preferred travel planner for the future.

My wife & I wanted a European honeymoon, so we got in touch with Tripoetic about 7-8 months before our travel dates to get it planned and booked well ahead of time. They are the destination experts and really provide a different (read superior) level of service as compared to other travel companies. The night cruise on the Seine in Paris and the journey to the top of Jungfrau in Switzerland were the experiences that will stay with us forever. We also loved the centrally located upscale hotel in Paris they booked for us. Thanks to the mesmerizing views, Interlaken was our favourite destination. With so many sweet memories, we can’t wait to do a curated Europe vacation again.
